Although we have now closed at Artique, Mad Hattie millinery and dressmaking orders continue to be taken at Amble Pin Cushion, 20-22 Queen Street, Amble-by-the-Sea NE65 0BZ, which we have owned and run since September 2015. Other services offered by our high street shop include alterations and repairs (with fittings booked as required); dry cleaning; haberdashery; wool; fabric and courses. New lines are arriving all the time, so please keep an eye on our dedicated Facebook page and Amble Pin Cushion website.

Monthly Knit and Natter (3rd Friday morning of the month), Stitch and Bitch (4th Wednesday afternoon of the month), and courses all enjoy a 10% discount in the shop. The upstairs craft room where these take place is also available to hire by tutors, community groups, or simply for anyone requiring a large table to cut out their dressmaking or curtains.
